I used to like Moonfish (Millenia Walk) for its escargot (without shell) placed on top of a mushroom. The combination taste of the escargot with mushroom was great. Even if you opted to bite into them separately, the individual taste was good on its own. There was no need to get your fingers fumbling with the "special fork" and the shell as well.

 

Recently I went to the newly opened branch at Marina Sq shopping centre. Actually I am not sure when this branch was opened, as it was located in a not-quite-visible corner in the walkway to Marina Sq. Though it was a weekday and the time was 7pm, I remember there were no other customers as yet.

 

Having a craving for the escargot, I ordered the dish with 2 other main dishes to share with my friend. We both agreed that all the 3 dishes were too salty. There was no taste to talk about... It was quite a disappointment.
